Know more about me.

I am a 2 years Computer Science graduate from a simple IT school. My first work was as an AutoCAD Draftsman at a plumbing and fire protection construction company doing some detailed and scaled drawings, designing plans, printing plans, and other engineering stuff—I've worked there for 7 years. Within those years, I kept myself busy every day after work by studying, practicing, and watching video tutorials on how to create websites and use applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, 3D Studio Max, and some Photography lessons.

How do I get hooked on Drupal?

In December 2010, while planning on changing my career to become a full-time Web Developer, I came across these two great CMS — Drupal and WordPress. I first checked WordPress and liked the interface and it really looks promising but I kind of feel like I don't have full control over it or maybe I just don't know it enough. I then started checking Drupal and found some video tutorials on how it works, it helps me a lot to better understand how Drupal works because Drupal has a steep learning curve. In January 2011, I got a new project and exactly Drupal 7.0 stable version had just been released so I started learning, practicing, and using it on my project. I was amazed at the flexibility of creating fields and using views. That is how I got hooked and began to embrace Drupal as my first CMS choice and a platform to learn PHP, MySQL, jQuery, and other Web Development tools.

How's my Skills?

I consider myself an expert in using Drupal Modules like Drupal Commerce, Views, Profiles2, Panels, Entity API, Feeds (importing data), and many more. I have a wide range and advanced experience in site building, theming, and module development (Front end and Back end). I have lots of techniques for using Views and its complicated contextual filters, exposed filters, and relationships. I can create or extend modules when needed - strictly following Drupal coding standards and best practices. I can easily code complicated forms using Form API utilizing the power of AJAX. I use Lando, Composer, Drush, and Git when developing a website. I also have experience in setting up a VPS or Dedicated server using Centos/Ubuntu with WHM/Cpanel or Webmin/Virtualmin as well as doing server optimization for Drupal websites.
I have experience working with Acquia Cloud platforms utilizing their Acquia Cloud Site Factory (ACSF) and Acquia Code Studio. I also have experience in using the bitbucket pipeline with Kubernetes in AWS.

What now?

I am currently working as a Full-Stack Drupal Developer at IOM - UN Migration an International Organization here in Manila. I manage 250+ Drupal websites in the Acquia Cloud platform using a multi-site setup. My main task is to supervise the team of web application developers, software suppliers, provide technical guidance, and manage the day-to-day technical aspects of assigned projects under development to release and implementation phase of the project life cycle.

I have created many different kinds of websites like Online Dating website, Fast food ordering system, E-learning website, Ticket Reservations website, Real Estate websites, and lots of E-Commerce websites.

If you want me to work on a project, please don't hesitate to contact me.
